BBQ BRIQUETTE
Barbecue briquettes are typically made from a combination of charcoal, coal, wood, or other organic materials that have been processed and compressed into a uniform form. The materials are often mixed with binders or additives to help the briquettes retain their shape and provide consistent burning characteristics.
Briquettes are kind of like the fast food of charcoal; they’re cheap, reliable, and can be found on almost every corner, but you really don’t want to know what’s in them. Unlike the pure lump charcoal, briquettes are manufactured wood by-products compressed with additives that help them light and burn consistently.
Briquettes are used for heating, cooking fuel, and electricity generation usually in developing countries that do not have access to more modern fuel sources. Biomass briquettes have become popular in developed countries due to the accessibility, and eco-friendly impact.
What is hardwood charcoal made of?
Lump charcoal is 100% natural and pure, with no additives. It’s wood that has been burnt down until it’s pure carbon in an oxygen-poor environment at very high temperatures. Its burn behaviour will depend on what wood it was originally; for example, maple or oak gives a steady heat, and some other woods can be sparky.
Apart from briquette charcoal, we also provide hardwood charcoal according to the type of wood requested by our customers, such as halaban hardwood charcoal, tamarind hardwood charcoal and other hardwood charcoal. We also provide sizes and packaging according to our customers’ requests and specifications.
We also have a burning furnace to produce raw wood into quality hardwood charcoal
